Episode published on Sunday 24th of December, 2006.
Given the published date, it must have been a really dull Christmas Eve for me, or something.
Yeah, I like the whole "British person on holiday yelling at foreigners" gag. The old ones are the best ones.

Title - 27: "Occupant Sin 4"
Subtitle - viii. "Language Barrier"
(Faced with a small group of angry farmers, Pain leans in towards the Captain and speaks to him surreptitiously. The Captain is still holding his potted herb and smoking a spliff.)
Pain: I'm going to try and reason with them.
Captain: Here we go.
(Pain approaches the farmers with his arms out wide, greeting them.)
Pain: Hola! Me speakey no Espanol, comprende? Me British! Englishman!
(Pain fists his hands and tries to mime a pickaxe, but it looks more like he's just shaking his arms up and down. The farmers stare on in incomprehension.)
Pain: I am here on a business deal! Business? Like work!
Captain: (to himself) He's lost 'em.
(Pain continues to yell at the farmers, gesturing towards the bodies tied to the stake.)
Pain: I should like to know why you've burnt Mr. Salvatore at the stake! Wait! What am I saying?
(He pulls his gun out of his jacket and fires off a shot.)
Pain: Negotiate THIS!
SFX: BLAM!
(The Captain watches this and smiles, apparently unaware of the bearded farmer sneaking up on him.)
Captain: That's more like it!
(He brings up his UZI and shoots the farmer in the face without even turning to face him.)
Captain: Get away from my weed.
SFX: DAKKA!
Episode tagline: I'm not entirely sure what Pain is trying to mime in that panel either. I'm guessing he's trying to do a pickaxe motion, but equally he could be miming someone doing the Macarena. Maybe the Disco Duck.
