Currently operating under the alias of "Max Valerion", there's not a lot known about the man operating Detulux Incorporated. His real name and where he comes from are known only to him, all global records on the subject having been erased or heavily modified by the on-staff hacker H.G. Even Max's cockney twang appears to be an accent that he puts on.
In public he is a charming Southern gent called Sebastian Paine who owns a notable domestics company. In private he is a nasty, bitter Englishman in a cheap white suit who trades in weapons and armaments under the legitimate business front "Detulux Incorporated" who spends a good deal of his time drunk on whiskey. A snide, arrogant man, Max delights in gaining the upper hand over not only the authorities but other criminals as well. His attitude and acts have led to him being wanted in almost every country, as well as a prime assassination target due to numerous bounties placed on his head.
It is speculated that he once worked for one of the British intelligence agencies and one of the only facts that is well-circulated amongst the criminal fraternity is that he is reluctant to return to England after being exiled from his home country for unknown acts.
Max is currently one of the biggest players within the arms black market, despite his sour attitude towards the business.
Max is practically blind without his glasses.
