Inspector Russo is a respected agent for INTERPOL. He has a spotless arrest record, the only blemish being that he hasn't arrested Max Velarion yet.
While he appears to be fairly clumsy, Russo is actually a force to be reckoned with; a crack shot with a pistol, well-versed in hand-to-hand combat and a keen sharp intelligence.
